About TeamEquipo
One team. One app. Zero confusion.
TeamEquipo is a bilingual communication and management platform built for youth sports academies. We connect coaches, players, and families in a single app — replacing the scattered mix of WhatsApp groups, paper schedules, and spreadsheet rosters that most academies rely on today. Whether a club runs one team or a dozen across multiple locations, TeamEquipo gives every stakeholder the right view of what matters: upcoming practices and games, attendance, playtime recaps, skill evaluations, and direct messaging between coaches and parents.
The platform is designed for the people who make youth sports work. Head coaches and academic directors manage teams, schedules, and rosters from a centralized dashboard. Assistant coaches mark attendance, record game recaps, and publish player evaluations on a consistent mastery scale. Parents receive real-time updates about their child — when practice is, whether they showed up, how much they played, and how they are developing — all in their preferred language. Institutions with multiple academies under one umbrella can group them for shared branding, billing, and oversight, so a school or club can scale without losing coherence.
TeamEquipo is built by a small team that has spent years close to youth sports — as coaches, parents, and club administrators. We saw firsthand how much energy gets burned coordinating logistics instead of coaching kids, and how language gaps between staff and families create avoidable friction. We built TeamEquipo to remove that friction: a calm, reliable, bilingual home for everything an academy needs to communicate and operate, so coaches can coach and families can stay informed.
Bilingual by Design
Every screen, message, and notification works in English and Spanish — so coaches and families never get lost in translation.
One Team, One App
Coaches, players, and parents share a single source of truth for schedules, attendance, and development — no more group chats, spreadsheets, or paper handouts.
Safe & Private
Family data is protected with role-based access. Parents see only their own child; coaches see only their teams; directors see their academies.
